Responsibilites:
- Leading a team of Business Development Managers to exceed sales targets and drive company growth.
- Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team.
- Scrutinize key performance indicators, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.
- Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting.
- Monitoring and analysis of the market and competition.
- Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes.
- Implementing and maintaining long-term b2b relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in selling IT services and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
- Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools.
- A mindset focused on goals, business, dependability, and a quick response to the needs of customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
