We are looking for the best people in the recruitment industry, ready to develop the recruitment business.
As an **Expert 360 Consultant**, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively **acquiring clients** and recruitment projects (both hunting and servicing existing clients)
- Taking **full responsibility** for project implementation from the moment of signing a contract with the client
- Collaboration with the client - consulting on acquiring individuals for a specific role
- Active collaboration with the Hiring Manager or other client-side person responsible for the recruitment process
- Acquiring the best talents from the market
- Managing the expectations of both parties - the client and the candidate
- Assisting in negotiations and finalizing contracts with clients
- Acquiring new projects: In addition to managing current projects, you have the skills and initiative needed to identify and acquire new recruitment opportunities, contributing to business development.
- Multitasking and **project management**: You are able to effectively manage dozens of recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring their timely and effective completion.
- **Achieving goals**: Your main effectiveness indicator (KPI) is the number of successfully completed recruitment processes - closures
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in an agency (backed by successes)
- In-depth knowledge of the market of recruitment and advisory services
- Goal-oriented, ability to prioritize actions
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Responsibility and independence
- Communicative level of English
- Minimum C1 level of Polish
- Willingness to learn and share experience
- Readiness to work on-site/hybridly in Warsaw (mandatory requirement)
