- conducting upselling to existing clients
- supervision of the implementation team (recruiters)
- reporting
- eventually - creation of own implementation team (recruiters)
Requirements:
- experience in B2B sales min. 2 years
- result-oriented (we want to sail, not row)
- sales and negotiation skills
- taking full responsibility for your work
- willingness to develop your skills and competencies
- team-oriented attitude
