Tasks:
- Providing customer answers by identifying problems, searching for answers, guiding through the cooperation process (communication only by email)
- Participation in international tourism/caravaning fairs (Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Berno...)
- Support in translation into German
- Help in improving processes and testing applications
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German B2 / C1 and English min. B2
- Experience in customer service / customer support (min. 1-2 years)
- Ability to use mobile applications
- Professionalism, good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with the customer
- Pro-active approach
- Willingness to travel abroad (min. 20 days a year)
