Key duties:
- Building a profitable recruitment team based on TeamQuest resources
- Selling recruitment services at a level that will allow you to build your Business Unit
- Acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones
- Achieving sales targets
- Daily management of the recruitment team (once it is built)
- Reporting on your own work and that of the team
Desired skills & experience:
- Support with achievements in the recruitment or outsourcing industry - min. 10 years
- Excellent knowledge of the HR services industry
- Strong focus on goal achievement
- Knowledge of the latest tools, trends, and solutions in the recruitment industry
- Expert level of sales and negotiation skills
- Leadership potential
- Willingness to work on-site/hybrid in Warsaw (non-negotiable)
- Polish language at a minimum C1 level
- English language at a minimum B2 level
