Job description:
- Active sales of recruitment services - in an end-to-end model;
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients (business, CTO, HR);
- Analysis of the market and its trends;
- Management and support of the recruitment team (from 2 to 4 people);
- Management and optimization of recruitment processes;
- Support and sharing of knowledge with Mid/Junior Account Menagers;
- Responsibility for the financial result of the company
Job requirements:
- Experience in HR services sales - minimum 5 years;
- Experience in team and project management;
- Focus on achieving company financial goals;
- Knowledge of English language (B2)
