Job description:
- Manage IT team (4 people)
- Defining levels of support for provided IT services
- Cooperation within the international environment
- Managing subcontractors based on SLA agreements
- Responsibility for maintaining IT systems
- Improving and increasing the quality of internal customer service
- Close cooperation with business, evaluating business requests, negotiating solutions, transforming business needs into IT systems
- Optimize business processes in terms of IT
- Manage projects, budgets, timelines
- Management and development of subordinate employees
- Problem and conflict solving
- Cooperate with the management overseeing the company's processes
Requirements:
- +5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong technical background (especially Microsoft and database skills)
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
- Good track record in the execution at least one of the following programmes / projects: IT operating model change, IT infrastructure set-up / migration in multicultural environments
- Strong experience with manufacturing industry
- Experience in building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers
- Familiarity with budgeting and IT financials
- Experience in gathering, translating, designing and implementing technical solutions into customer models.
- University degree in field related to IT
- Already gained experience in international environment
- ITIL experience
