Responsibilites:
- Recruiting new subcontractors (transport companies);
- Recruiting new customers;
- Building relationships with contractors;
- Achieving sales goals;
- Creating offers and negotiations;
- Cold calling;
- Taking care of the company's image.
Job requirements:
- Experience in the TSL industry (min. one year);
- Strong focus on goal achievement;
- Experience in a similar position - selling services/goods in the TSL industry;
- Ability to plan and organize work independently;
- Openness to acquire and cooperate with customers by phone and email;
- Highly developed communication skills and self-confidence;
- Driver's license;
- Fluent English (B2).
