The Key Responsibilites:
- Implementation of sales strategy in the B2B channel.
- Acquiring and maintaining new customers, especially - pet shops, breeders, groomers, pet hotels, veterinary clinics, specialty stores.
- Recording activities in the CRM system.
- Prospecting (phone/email/LinkedIn).
- Presentation and negotiations - from the first pitch to order - portfolio care follow up, upselling.
- Comfort in cold calling and direct customer contact.
- Participation in trade shows and special events and representing the company.
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG industry.
- Success in cold calling/cold emailing.
- Ability to create and implement sales strategies.
- Driving license category B and willingness to occasional business trips.
- Strong communication skills - you can conduct effective sales conversations and build lasting business relationships.
- You are persistent and consistently strive towards goals.
