Responsibilites:
- Comprehensive customer service (email, phone, etc.)
- Ensuring the coordination of information flow related to order processing between departments (calculation, technology, planning, production)
- Supervision over timely and proper order execution based on customer requirements and internal procedures
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers and creating a positive image of the company
- Ongoing communication and supporting sales representatives in obtaining orders
Desired skills & experience:
- Commitment and willingness to work, you don't need to have experience in this industry, we will teach you everything
- French language knowledge to the level allowing for free communication
- Minimum secondary education
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Teamwork and communication skills - that's the basis!
