The Key Responsibilites:
- Work in an administrative-implementation team
- Execution of tasks assigned by the project manager
- Configuration, installation, and maintenance of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Monitoring system performance and diagnosing and resolving issues
- Handling customer and IT department reported problems
- Communicating with clients to resolve issues, proposing solutions, testing, and implementing them in a production environment
- Preparing technical documentation and procedures
- Reporting on tasks and work time
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the role of a systems administrator in Linux and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of configuration, management, and maintenance of operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems.
- Familiarity with KVM virtualization technology.
- Ability to manage network hardware - firewall, router, switch (Juniper/Cisco).
- Familiarity with hosting-related issues.
- Familiarity with storage-related issues (HP arrays, NAS servers).
- Knowledge of Microsoft solutions: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Active Directory, Azure.
- Ability to write scripts (Shell, Python, Bash).
- Administration of databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS Server.
- Management of web servers nginx.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in English enabling communication.
