The Key Responsibilites:
Comprehensive management of the recruitment process, including:
- gathering requirements from the Hiring Manager or other person responsible for the process on the Client side
- active search for suitable candidates (our database has nearly 60,000 CVs + LinkedIn + other sources)
- contacting candidates
- competency screening
- creating candidate reports
- collecting feedback from the Client and the Candidate
- providing feedback to both parties
- actively managing the recruitment process
- providing support to less experienced colleagues
Desired skills & experience:
- 3 years of experience in recruitment
- goal-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks
- communication skills, ability to work in a team
- communicative English
- responsibility and independence
- Polish language at least C1 level
- willingness to learn but also to share your experience
