Tasks:
Active acquisition of new customers and building lasting relationships with current customers.
Analysis of customer needs and advising on the best system solutions for their business.
Presentation of commercial offers and discussion of the benefits associated with system implementation.
Negotiating terms of trade agreements and finalizing transactions.
Monitoring market changes and analyzing competition to identify new business opportunities.
Preparing reports on sales activities and achieved results.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling business systems (WMS, ERP, TMS, MES, CRM) with a documented track record of success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term relationships in the sales process.
- Ability to work in a team and independently in decision-making.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication.
