The Key Responsibilites:
- Active acquisition of new customers, including prospecting new customer profiles and initiating contact with potential customers based on independently generated leads.
- Analysis of customer needs and advising on optimal outsourcing solutions for their business.
- Creating sales proposals and presenting them to potential customers.
- Negotiating terms of trade agreements and finalizing transactions.
- Monitoring market changes and analyzing competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Preparing regular reports on sales activities and achieved results.
Desired skills & experience:
- Experience in selling outsourcing services (IT services preferred).
- Documented track record of sales success.
- Ability to quickly close sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to conduct negotiations, business meetings, and presentations of offered services.
- Independence and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under time pressure and achieve goals.
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication.
