Responsibilites:
- Provide technical guidance to the team on SAP BO and SAP BW.
- On call support for critical issues.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Status reporting
Desired skills & experience:
- Good experience in BW system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities.
- Expert in investigating and resolving issues in BW and BO related to system performance.
- Expertise in BO administration and troubleshooting BO Web applications, CMC, BI Launchpad issues.
- Experienced in SAP BW, SAP BO upgrades.
- Good Problem-Solving skills and ability to lead teams.
- Good ownership and positive approach.
