The Key Responsibilites:
- Managing a team of administrators and programmers
- Development of contact center platform in SaaS model
- Automation of maintenance and deployment processes
- Setting technological development directions in the company
- Supervision of the R&D process
- Managing technological risk in the organization
- Planning and controlling technology expenses
- Supervision of security processes
Desired skills & experience:
- Knowledge and experience related to designing, building and maintaining applications, distributed systems, SaaS services
- Experience in IT leadership roles, experience in IT team management
- Knowledge and experience in technologies:
- Knowledge and experience in .NET and T-SQL technologies
- Knowledge of webservice technologies (REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge of queue systems (RabbitMQ) and NoSql databases (ElasticSearch and Redis)
- Practical knowledge in virtualization (XEN/KVM, HyperV) and containerization (OpenVz, Docker)
- Administrative experience with Linux (CentOS 6/7, RHEL)
- Experience in network administration
- Experience in telecommunications (including operators" contacts)
- Knowledge of English at C1 level (team meetings in English)
