Zadania:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, finding areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with cross functional colleagues
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
- Working closely with internal business, technicians, developers
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing user acceptance testing
- Managing small projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
Oczekiwania:
- BA background - min. 2 year
- Knowledge of business analysis processes
- BPMN, UML knowledge
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication both in English and Polish
- Knowledge of analytical artifacts process modeling, user requirement documentation, functional requirements, design thinking, decision table
- Practical knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
