Responsibilites:
- Identifying and acquiring new business clients
- Conducting sales conversations and meetings (online and in-person) with decision-makers (HR Managers, Operations Directors, Company Boards)
- Matching appropriate recruitment services to the client's real staffing challenges
- Preparing personalized commercial offers, negotiating terms of cooperation, and securing contract signatures
- Building a reputation as an industry expert and actively representing the agency
Requirements:
We are looking for someone at Junior/Regular level, so we do not expect a decade of experience - what matters to us is your commitment, "hunger" for success, and ease of connecting with people.
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in active B2B sales (preferred in HR, professional services, training, or business call centers)
- You are not afraid of the word "NO', and you treat cold calling as a sport and a natural step to win a client
- You can speak the language of benefits, listen to the client, and confidently deliver business presentations
- You plan your workday independently, keep the CRM system organized, and consistently achieve your goals
- The dynamics of sales and recruitment work motivate you to act rather than paralyze you
