Responsibilites:
- Participation in the implementation project of SAP system in the role of leading consultant of FICA or FICO modules
- Analysis of customer needs, proposing solutions
- Participation in advisory work aimed at designing new business processes and organization concepts and their implementation based on SAP applications
- Cooperation with the implementation team on the customer's side
- Preparation of technical and functional documentation
- Conducting workshops and trainings for end users
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of project experience in implementing SAP CRM solutions in one of the technologies: SAP CRM 7.x, C4C, S4CRM,
- Knowledge of customer relationship management processes, contacts, offers, preparation and execution of marketing campaigns in Utilities or Telecommunications companies,
- Very good knowledge of SAP configuration and data model,
- Analytical and communication skills enabling effective cooperation with the programming team,
- Knowledge of integration issues in the SAP system,
- Fluent knowledge of Polish language,
- Knowledge of English language enabling participation in trainings and familiarization with technical documentation,
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work, combined with the desire for personal development.
