Job description:
- Designing and implementing automated testing strategies
- Creating and maintaining automated tests for various systems
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure code quality
- Identifying test processes that can be automated and optimizing existing solutions
- Training the team on best practices for automated testing
- Integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Monitoring and analyzing automated test results and reporting issues
- Implementing regression tests across a wide range of organizational systems
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automated testing and implementing automation strategies
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests (UI, API, regression tests)
- Knowledge of programming languages used in automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Ability to create testing frameworks
- Experience working with CI/CD and integrating automated tests (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience in testing various systems (web applications, APIs, microservices)
- Ability to implement test automation in an organization from scratch
- Knowledge of test management and bug tracking tools
- Experience in the Telco sector is a plus
- Very good command of the English language (documentation, collaboration with international teams)
