Key duties:
Your main tasks will include:
- gathering, assessing, and analyzing business requirements towards new reporting tools,
- designing and proposing reporting solutions,
- creating functional specifications,
- organizing and coordinating various testing activities,
- preparing and delivering training sessions and user manuals,
- analyzing organizational, process and source system changes and their impact on existing reports,
- managing new change requests.
Job requirements:
- knowledge of SAP BW system (MUST)
- experience in analytics/reporting (MUST)
- 3-4 years of experience in this area
- HR systems knowledge - SAP HCM
- experience in designing PowerBI dashboards
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- experience with the software development/ project lifecycle
- understanding human resources processes
- strong business analysis skills
- analytical thinking ability
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
