Tasks:
- Analyzing logs using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack platform
- Solving received cases, performing further troubleshooting on issues with interface, devices, connectivity, data missing, reports etc.
- Escalation of the issues according to existing procedures
- Performin trainings for the company's customers (online / in the office) on request
- Supporting 1st line of support in more difficult cases
- Ticketing boards management
- Contribution to existing knowledge base
Desired skills & experience:
- At least 2 years of technical support experience
- Fluency in English
- Hand on experience in SQL
- Knowledge of Atlassian software
- Customer-orientated
- Willingness to work in shifts schedule to cover business needs
- Technical and analytical mindset, attention to detail
- Highly developed soft skills, being a reliable team player
