Key duties:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with company partners in Germany
- Coordinating actions between the recruitment department and German partners
- Comprehensive order handling (maintaining continuity of care on the order, answering questions, responding to problems, negotiating rates in case of changes in the health of the wards)
- Preparing documents based on templates and ensuring their correct completion and signing
- Verifying data accuracy in the system
- Resolving disputes and emergency situations in cooperation with the recruitment department
- Acquiring new orders by actively building relationships with partners from Germany and motivating them to send orders and select our Client's carers from the received applications
- Ensuring timely organization of shifts on orders
- Completing payroll lists
- Monitoring the accuracy of commissions for partners from Germany
- Entering new orders into the system
- Language verification of carers candidates and creating CVs in German, based on information obtained from the recruitment department
- Weekly emergency shifts (on average every 6-7 weeks)
Requirements:
- Advanced level of German in speaking and writing - minimum level B2+, ideally C1
- Self-reliance and very good ability to plan own work time
- Multitasking
- Ability to work under time and stress pressure
- Ability to work independently
