Job description:

Participation in the launch of a new distribution center from the IT systems support side;
Participation in the ERP system upgrade project (Microsoft D365) with analysis and optimization of processes;
Integration of IT solutions;
Development of requirements for the target way of processing with its optimization. Selection of a solution to serve the process (within the available solutions or a new solution in specific tools). Implementation of the solution, documentation of the solution;
Documentation of processes, tasks and responsibilities, participants, data flow, dependencies;
Preparation of training materials and conducting trainings;
Close cooperation with business area experts in order to effectively implement analyses and projects;
Ongoing user support.

Experience in conducting business process analyses, especially in the area of supply chain/logistics, consolidation of data from WMS/ERP systems;
Experience in implementing IT systems projects, cooperation with external consultants;
Higher education, preferably IT;
Analytical skills for cooperation with business;
Basic programming tools for proper work with developers;
Knowledge of English enabling free reading of technical documentation and communication;
Communicativeness and ability to work in a team;
High independence and good organization of work;
Knowledge of programming, MS PowerApps environment;
Good orientation in MS Dynamics365 solutions environment.
