Responsibilites:
- Implementation of implementation and maintenance projects, implementation and management of LAN/WAN/Data Center networks
- Support for the sales department in analyzing customer needs, meetings with customers, and selecting solutions (presales)
- Mastering the portfolio of several network solutions manufacturers
- Cooperation with IT teams in launching new services and solutions
- Monitoring network performance and resolving technical issues
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Requirements:
- Confirmed 1-2 years of experience in the area of computer networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching, network protocols, firewall)
- Practical knowledge of network devices (e.g. Cisco, FortiGate)
- Basic knowledge of administering Linux or Windows operating systems
- Basic knowledge of virtualization, infrastructure monitoring - e.g. zabbix or equivalent
- Very good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, STP, DHCP, OSPF or BGP)
- Ability to create technical documentation
- Good self-organization and communication skills
- English language proficiency at the level of fluent reading of technical documentation and communication with the support department of a given manufacturer
- Category B driving license and readiness for business trips (up to 2 days and occasional). apart from that, it's a work in an office in Łódź
