The Key Responsibilites:
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Managing projects end-to-end: planning, task coordination and progress tracking.
- Combining and processing data from multiple sources: JSON, Excel,.
- Ensuring quality through testing, data validation, and logic checks.
- Ability to manage your tasks and their execution efficiently.
- Actively participate in international exhibitions (e.g., Düsseldorf,Stuttgart, Birmingham, Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw ).
- Test applications and IT developments.
Desired skills & experience:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in project management (mostly IT related).
- You're passionate about AI/Agent, understand the capabilities of LLMs, and know how to write effective prompts.
- You're comfortable working with data: Excel, JSON
- You have basic knowledge of coding (variables, conditions, loop)
- You can efficiently read and create documentation, and you enjoy simplifying complex processes.
- You're an active listener and ask solution-oriented questions.
- You're proactive, creative, and open to testing new approaches.
- You take ownership of your tasks and are fully engaged in your work.
- You communicate fluently in English (C1 level or higher).
- You have a Master's degree in IT or a related field.
We offer:
- Hybrid work model (full-time): required 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the remainder remote.
- B2B contract with a salary of 9000-11000 PLN.

Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of the following technologies (Python, JS, PostGreSQL, MySQL, HTML )
- Experience of the use of platforms such as (ClickUP/Monday.com/ Trello/Asana)
- Experience in similar projects or camping/motorhome industry
- Knowledge of German or French (at least B2 level)
