Praca Project Manager (AI and innovation) - Warszawa

Tasks:

Analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable tasks.
Managing projects end-to-end: planning, task coordination and progress tracking.
Combining and processing data from multiple sources: JSON, Excel,.
Ensuring quality through testing, data validation, and logic checks.
Ability to manage your tasks and their execution efficiently.
Actively participate in international exhibitions (e.g., Düsseldorf,Stuttgart, Birmingham, Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw ).
Test applications and IT developments.

You have 2-3 years of experience in project management (mostly IT related).
You're passionate about AI/Agent, understand the capabilities of LLMs, and know how to write effective prompts.
You're comfortable working with data: Excel, JSON
You have basic knowledge of coding (variables, conditions, loop)
You can efficiently read and create documentation, and you enjoy simplifying complex processes.
You're an active listener and ask solution-oriented questions.
You're proactive, creative, and open to testing new approaches.
You take ownership of your tasks and are fully engaged in your work.
You communicate fluently in English (C1 level or higher).
You have a Master's degree in IT or a related field.

Hybrid work model (full-time): required 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the remainder remote.
B2B contract with a salary of 9000-11000 PLN.
Full IT equipment, including a laptop, additional screen, and smartphone.
