Key duties:
- Monitoring and optimizing the time duration that cars spend in the pre-transport or sea phase. Responsibility on reduction of ageing cars volume
- Observing and managing the transport capacity road/rail/sea for given market
- Creating and maintaining landing files according to procedures. Ensuring that landing target is reached for given market
- Participating in pre-transport capacity planning and booking
- Participating in rerouting process when needed. Coordinating adjustments in OBT for new routes
- Engaging in internal meetings with pre-transport and sea & ports teams to address market flow issues
Desired skills & experience:
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
- Logistics expertise
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Change management
- Customer orientation and comunication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Knowledge of the supply chain
- Contract and performance management
