Coordinator of Transport Operations (Maritime Transport)

• Ensuring proper management of international road and sea transport flows as part of services for the key customer of the company, through:
  • managing service providers contracted by the customer to ensure the expected level of performance
  • applying appropriate measures and taking action in case of non-compliance with the level of services by the provider
  • maintaining relationships with key suppliers
• Daily monitoring of operational activities
• Managing transport flows to ensure the expected level of quality/costs/time of execution
• Ensuring detailed and daily monitoring of "ready to transport" volumes
• Taking necessary actions in case of decrease in performance level
• Knowledge of the supplier's potential and commitment to undertake established operational activities
• Monitoring the expected level of transport operations execution
• Ensuring data consistency in IT systems in terms of operational activities carried out
• Adapting and optimizing transport means
• Adapting the loading plan according to needs and taking into account circumstances that may pose a risk to delivery
• Updating tables and databases to ensure proper reporting of activities

At least 1.5 years of experience in maritime transport

• English language skills enabling daily communication (B2)
• Skills in organization, planning, risk prevention
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of TMS systems
