The Key Responsibilites:
- Ensure the team follows the processes and practices
- Run daily team stand-up meetings
- Moderate sprint and planning meetings (incl. estimation of team capacity and story points)
- Run and document Sprint Retrospective sessions
- Drive improvements (from retrospective) across all related processes
- Resolve obstacles, set up and support Scrum artifacts (Jira)
- Maintain metrics, dashboards and reports
- Help the team to identify and implement changes effectively
- Cooperate with Products Owners/Product Managers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
- Strong understanding of the Software Development process
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
