Tasks:
- development of a low-latency trading system,
- participation in technical work planning and making key architectural decisions,
- monitoring applications, profiling code, and optimizing at the microsecond level,
- identifying and eliminating system bottlenecks at the code, JVM, and network levels,
- integration with external data providers,
- code review and sharing knowledge and best practices with the team,
- close collaboration with Quant teams (trading data science) to understand, analyze, and implement trading algorithms.
Job requirements:
- minimum 7 years of experience in Java programming, including practical
- experience in low-latency systems,
- very good knowledge of the Java language and concurrency-related issues,
- communication skills and ability to effectively work in a team,
- knowledge and practical application of Clean Code principles,
- knowledge of Java, Kafka, gRPC, REST, WebSockets
- higher education (IT or related fields),
- fluent knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing,
