Key duties:
- Work on first and second line support.
- Diagnosing and resolving current technical issues related to software and hardware for users.
- Installation and configuration of hardware and system applications.
- Collaboration with a team of programmers.
- Telephone contact with the client.
- Remote troubleshooting of IT issues reported by users (TeamViewer).
Desired skills & experience:
- Years of experience in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases PostgreSQL / MS SQL.
- Ability to document service incidents - building a knowledge base and using it.
- Good knowledge of the Windows system.
- Understanding of how network programs function - how the relationship between the client, service, and database works.
