Job description:
- Implementing information security policies and procedures in company facilities along with training and awareness program on security
- Collaborating with data protection officers at individual factories in assessing information security threats and managing crises and incidents
- Acting as the primary point of contact for security-related matters
- Executing operations, projects, and initiatives related to security to protect people, property, and company information in line with best practices
- Informing about any threats that may impact colleagues and the company's business operations
- Effectively monitoring GDPR threats and information security
- Creating, coordinating, and maintaining appropriate processes related to information classification, identifying and providing constructive inputs to develop and enhance security strategies
- Acting as a subject matter expert in information security, maintaining a knowledge base for company facilities along with available training materials/guidelines
- Generating and presenting data-driven reports and indicators
- Providing security training to company employees in-person and virtually
Job requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of documented experience in a position related to information security
- Deep practical knowledge and experience in the field of information security and best practices
- Good knowledge of international security standards
- Good knowledge of security risk management
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command of the English language (minimum C1)
- Technological awareness with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of security issues in Microsoft 365, e.g., Microsoft Defender
