Tasks:
- Coordination of the team responsible for the maintenance and development of NMS/OSS systems (1st and 2nd line maintenance), active participation in team work
- Ensuring the availability of subordinate systems for internal users (OLA rigor) and customers (SLA rigor)
- Project coordination (including system integrations, implementation of new software versions, customization of OSS systems to environmental changes)
- Collaboration with system and service providers (change orders in systems, defining scope and rules, billing, acceptance, qualitative evaluation of delivered products and services, compliance assessment with standards, deployment coordination)
- Ensuring the development of OSS systems according to user needs
- Market analysis, available products, solutions, and trends
- Introducing standards and best practices, inspiring the team
Desired skills & experience:
- Higher education in IT, telecommunications, or related field
- Experience in the administration, maintenance, and development of IT systems (minimum 5 years), including at least 3 years in Telco OSS area
- Experience in team management or IT project management (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of modern IT system architecture
- Familiarity with Linux system in server applications
- Knowledge of Network Management Systems (NMS)
- Understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Understanding of telecommunication network operations
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization concepts (KVM, Docker)
- Proficiency in English language (B2 level)
- Analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Independence, problem-solving skills (technical and non-technical)
