Responsibilites:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure the highest quality of service,
  • Direct involvement in the sales process of Microsoft Cloud services and solutions,
  • Analyzing clients" needs and providing tailored solutions,
  • Responsibility for achieving sales goals of the Sales Team,
  • Building and managing the Sales Team,
  • Inspiring, motivating, and leading the assigned team,
  • Analyzing sales performance and recommending optimizing actions,
  • Conducting meetings and presenting Integrity Partners" offerings,
  • Supervising the preparation of proposals, contracts, and overseeing their implementation,
  • Building and maintaining a positive brand image

Job requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the IT technology industry, with a particular focus on current practical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Data & AI solutions,
  • At least 4 years of experience in selling IT solutions including Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Data & AI solutions,
  • Strong orientation towards achieving business goals and dynamics in company development,
  • Experience in managing sales teams,
  • Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills,
  • Communicative knowledge of the English language.
