Responsibilites:
- Work in the field of architecture for Content Services Platforms, Trust Services, Digital Identity issues
- Knowledge of solution design techniques from Design Thinking, Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT), or similar groups
- Creating requirements in accordance with SRS
- Familiarity with and ability to use collaboration tools, workshop collaboration like MURAL
- Ability to create functional requirements (task creation, backlog layout, organizing work scope into a logical sequence of activities for the team),
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, agile and waterfall,
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- Process modeling skills, preferably in BPMN notation
- Knowledge of Jira
- Efficiency in researching user needs, identifying and naming problems
- Design skills to create solutions that meet business needs, naming necessary functionalities
- Proficiency in English at a minimum level of reading documentation
- Collaboration skills in an interdisciplinary team (programmers, analysts, lawyers, business areas)
- High-level abstract thinking skills
- Coordinating and implementing change in the organization, project management
- Ability to focus on the TO BE solution and select critical elements from AS IS necessary for effective change implementation
- Transforming acquired knowledge into an idea of the target solution that will be understandable to stakeholders
- Prioritization skills for tasks, understanding mutual dependencies, and designing the sequence of their implementation
