The Key Responsibilites:
- managing the development and improvement of the online sales channel, including:
- content, appearance, functionality of the website, and proper product exposure;
- online marketing including SEO, SEM in search engines, and social media;
- responsibility, control, and optimization of sales processes including:
- responding to inquiries regarding product specifications and prices;
- processing orders and communicating order fulfillment statuses to customers;
- responding to customer inquiries regarding processed orders;
- post-sales support and handling of complaints;
- collaboration and management of a 3-person customer service team
- monitoring market trends in the e-commerce sector, especially competition, and implementing solutions to improve results
- setting quantitative and qualitative goals for the team along with performance evaluation
- ongoing reporting of results and analysis of the effects of taken actions;
- collaboration with courier service providers and payment system providers
Job requirements:
- several years of experience and knowledge of B2C e-commerce sales specifics
- ability to work with clients
- analytical, sales, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- fluent knowledge of SEO/SEM mechanisms and proficient use of Google Analytics, Trade Watch, Google Ads
