Job description:

Active customer acquisition in the Polish market and foreign markets
Analysis of customer needs and matching the best service model
Cooperation with the implementation department - consultants (as you acquire new customers, you will receive your own recruitment team that you will lead and that will be responsible for your projects).
Registration of sales activity in the CRM system

At least one year of experience in selling recruitment services and/or related services
Experience in working with business clients
Highly developed negotiation skills
Ability to conduct sales conversations both over the phone and during online and face-to-face meetings

Working with highly experienced Consultants
Knowledge that we are happy to share
