Key duties:
As an Expert Recruiter 360, you will be a key element of our team, responsible for the full recruitment cycle from A to Z. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Actively acquiring clients and recruitment projects: Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a steady stream of interesting projects.
- Managing recruitment projects: From the moment of signing a contract with the Client, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including understanding and gathering job requirements directly from the Client.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Constant communication with the Hiring Manager or other responsible individuals on the Client side to ensure effective matching of candidates to the organization's needs.
- Market research and candidate selection: You will oversee the work of recruiters responsible for tasks such as conducting in-depth market research, screening and selecting candidates to identify the best talents.
- Managing expectations: Handling the expectations of both the Client and the Candidate to achieve optimal results.
- Candidate support: Assisting candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, offering support and advice, as well as assistance in negotiations and contract finalization.
- Acquiring new projects: Identifying and acquiring new recruitment opportunities to contribute to business development.
- Multitasking and project management: Effectively managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of execution.
- Achieving goals: The main effectiveness indicator (KPI) is the number of successfully completed recruitment processes.
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency, documented with successes.
- Ability to prioritize and focus on achieving goals.
- Experience in active sales.
- Experience in managing/coordinating recruiters" work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Communicative knowledge of English.
- High level of responsibility and independence.
- Proficiency in Polish at level C1 or higher.
- Willingness to learn and share your experience.
