The Key Responsibilites:
- Motivating and enabling employees in the competence center using agile leadership practices
- Reporting roadmaps, progress, and metrics of activities in the CC transparently
- Developing the CC organization to meet current and future needs of our stakeholders and customers as efficient as possible
- Ensuring proper resource allocation following business needs and location strategy
- Continuously analyzing CC processes and efficiency, and develop measures for improvements
- Working with business partners to understand current and anticipate future business needs
- Ensuring WMS platform standardization and compliance with global WMS strategy and architecture principles
- Ensure stable, secure IT support and operations
- Ensuring staffing and skill development to support adequate delivery
- Maintaining required knowledge in CC
Desired skills & experience:
- MBA or equivalent degree or comparable relevant experience
- Proven strong leadership skills in an international environment
- Proven experience with agile leadership
- Strong interpersonal and social skills; able to work professional with people at all management levels
- Self-motivator who is also able to work without regular instructions and who takes ownership
- Proven knowledge and experience of WMS processes and IT solutions
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder system
- Experience in the delivery of complex systems/solutions
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Commitment to quality
- Willingness to travel (internationally)
