Tasks:
- end-to-end recruitment process execution for IT and TSL positions
- recruitment for other industries (sales, finance, etc.)
- cooperation and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- ensuring proper flow of information at every stage of the recruitment process
- candidate sourcing and selection
Job requirements:
- minimum 2 years of experience in conducting recruitment processes
- ability to work independently as well as in a team
- taking full responsibility for your work
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to develop your skills and competencies, goal-oriented and optimistic attitude
- "can-do" approach (always looking for new solutions and ways)
- creative thinking
