Key duties:
Your task will be daily sales of recruitment projects to HR departments and managers. In each process, you can count on the support of experienced individuals in the organization.
NOTE! We work on-site from our office in Warsaw (near pl. Zawisza).
In particular, your tasks will include:
- prospecting - searching for potential clients;
- cold calling;
- contacting existing clients (email, online meetings, LinkedIn);
- reporting sales results and activities;
- cooperation with the implementation team (recruitment).
Desired skills & experience:
- ideally, if you have some initial experience in sales or call center;
- you enjoy customer interaction;
- you want to learn new things, acquire new skills;
- you are focused on achieving goals.
