Key duties:
- Registering and handling service orders
- Installation, releases and acceptance, maintenance and configuration of computer hardware
- Providing first line support to company customers in terms of computer hardware repairs
- Ability to analyze technical documentation
- Contacts with IT hardware and software suppliers
Desired skills & experience:
- Knowledge of computer hardware (e.g.: Dell, HP, Lenovo)
- Acquiring and expanding knowledge in the field of computer hardware
- Technical education
- Knowledge of English (ability to read and understand technical descriptions)
- Driving license cat. B.
