Key duties:
- Support of technological projects conducted in the back office of the Service Center
- Analysis of current IT solutions operating for the needs of back office in terms of their optimization
- Proposing, creating and implementing tools to improve work in all back office areas
- Verification and analysis of feasibility of new initiatives in the back office (change requests)
- Analysis of data and systems in order to develop optimal architecture of back office systems, with effective data management
- Recommending the way of implementation of technological change in Service Center solutions
- Cooperation with other GT (Global Technology) teams and technical support for back office solutions, Problem Solving
- Analysis of reported problems and active cooperation with other GT teams and external partners to solve them
- Eliminating sources of failure and all threats to the functioning of applications
- Active analysis of problems occurring in the work of back office solutions, determining root causes in the technology area and their active removal in cooperation with GT teams and solution providers
- Taking into account in all works and tasks the provision of continuity of sales in restaurants
- Active support during analyses, problem removal, tests, pilot installations and implementations of new solutions in other areas in the IT structure
- Active participation in activities related to the improvement of quality and level of IT services
- Support for internal and external audits
- Continuous improvement of competences enabling free performance of duties
- Collecting and presenting data for the support of the management staff in the process of analysis and risk management
- Performing other tasks indicated by the supervisor within the scope of responsibility
Job requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technology analysis
- Very good, practical knowledge of English
- Proactivity and independence in action
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect
