Job description:
- Acquiring, analyzing business needs and analyzing in cooperation with representatives of subject matter offices,
- Designing IT and business changes and their coordination,
- Cooperation with the internal customer and the development team in terms of built IT solutions and implementations,
- Creating analytical documentation, taking care of its quality, consistency and completeness.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of Business or System-Business Analyst (minimum 2 years),
- Higher education,
- Experience in the transport industry or studies related to this industry
- Ability to work with IT teams and business teams,
- Ability to collect, analyze and formulate system and business requirements,
- Analytical thinking, quick and independent problem solving and searching for alternative solutions,
- High organization of own work and time management skills (team work / remote work),
- Knowledge of agile project management methods and tools such as Jira/Confluence,
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN and modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect,
- Knowledge of English at least B1 level (Reports, translation of requirements)
