Job description:
- Monitoring and supervision of the correct functioning of IT infrastructure and systems
- Effective intervention in emergency situations related to infrastructure and IT systems
- Management of licenses for used software
- Creation and management of documentation for supported infrastructure and IT systems
- Ensuring proper maintenance of computer equipment and its correct configuration
- Ensuring the security of data stored in IT systems
- IT user support to solve IT problems
- Control of network connections (LAN / WAN)
- Contact with external services for repair or replacement of IT equipment
Job requirements:
- Medium or higher level of education in IT
- Knowledge of the structure and operation of PC/laptop computers
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- English language skills sufficient to read technical documentation
- Basic knowledge of IT security
- Medium level knowledge of Microsoft Office 2019/365
- Knowledge of peripheral devices: e.g. printer, copier
