Responsibilites:
- Evaluate data elements to identify and ensure all potential risks (financial, people, regulatory and operational) are managed and mitigated effectively through escalation points
- Accurate Data Profiling, observation reports will be generated and made available to data owners, working collaboratively with Senior Data Quality Analysts
- Assessment and acquisition of metadata onto our client's Data Management tool ensuring accuracy and appropriate steps to ensure quality including peer review
- Profiling large datasets using our client's Data Management tool to determine data quality and integrity
- Develop and maintain data management dashboards working with wider team to generate ideas and that generate visibility of Data Quality across the dimensions
- Investigate data quality issues to identify the size, scale and potential impact to the business
- Formulate and provide recommendations to the Senior Data Quality Analysts and wider data management team, regarding data quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL & strong analytical skills
- Experience with Databases and Data Warehouses
- Experience with Data Management, Data Governance and Data Quality Technology
- Experience with data quality and information management life cycles
- Awareness of data privacy and data risk
- Knowledge of Financial Services, Investment Management and associated regulation
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good command of Polish & English
