Job description:
- Presales support including remote and onsite visits for mobile and specialized (industry market) printers, business printing devices,
- Presales support for contractual sales models,
- Participation in meetings with the most important or exacting customer (public and corporate),
- Responsible for complex, in-depth technical support and product assistance in the selection portion of the sales process,
- Preparing custom solutions for key customers (external dev coordination, cooperation with internal dev team),
- Support for Sales/Key account in technical questions & Trainings & Presentations (2nd level),
- Product/solutions support & Trainings & Presentations for Marketing/ Sales/ Key accounts (2nd level),
- Developing the ideas for future ideas of solution, including participation in worldwide presales working group,
- Tests of new products and pre-production devices,
- Issuing an opinion about new products and giving an ideas for future development,
- Participation in main events for partners like new products presentations.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as presales or technical support (preferable B2B) within IT
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with end-customers & partners
- Understanding of business processes
- Problem-solving mindset
- Excellent teamwork skills teamwork
- Creativity and positive thinking is necessary
- English - B2/C1
