The Key Responsibilites:
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Facility Management and your peers to establish our team and high-performance work environment
- Recruit and onboard exceptional developers, testers, and others based on team and organization needs
- Foster high-performing scrum teams by providing coaching and feedback
- Participate in development of department and team processes, best practices and guidelines, and help team execute using them
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Architects and Agile Release Train leadership and others to eliminate impediments and support team's continuous improvement
- Empower team members to experiment and speak openly by creating a safe and transparent environment and strong relationships
- Participate in creation and refinement of requirements for product features, architectural enablers and other deliverables
Desired skills & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a master"s degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and ability to leverage communication tools effectively
- Familiarity with a variety of software development tools and processes
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage a large group
- Drive for continuous improvement, both for self and team
- Ability to travel occasionally including internationally
