Responsibilites:
- Virtual machine template administration: managing and optimizing virtual machine templates
- Change deployment: testing new hardware and software, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing downtime
- Action automation: creating and managing tools for integration and process automation
- Problem solving: L3 level support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and developing emergency procedures
- Documentation administration: managing service catalog, documentation, and versioning of existing solutions
- Change management: coordinating and implementing changes related to IT infrastructure
- Hardware and software configuration: preparing, configuring, and documenting standard hardware and software
- Customer support: providing support to customers during the piloting of new solutions
- Testing new solutions: conducting tests and evaluating new technologies
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in automation processes (managing a large environment)
- Experience in managing and configuring Windows servers
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize server performance
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows Server network services
- Proficiency in Powershell
- Network knowledge (CCNA is a plus)
- Good command of Polish and English languages
