Key duties:
- Leadership and development of several operational teams with different specializations
- Building and maintaining transparent processes, procedures, and work standards
- Ensuring operational continuity - identifying bottlenecks and eliminating them before they become a problem
- Managing priorities and workflow between teams with different profiles
- Ownership of incident management processes and escalation
- Implementing tools and practices to increase efficiency and transparency of work
- Regular reporting to management
- Building team structure and recruitment processes along with company growth
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a high-complexity operational environment - fintech, technology, or similar, preferably in more than one company
- Documented successes in managing multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills: you plan ahead, pay attention to details, and ensure that no important issues fall through the cracks
- Ability to quickly learn a new domain - you don't need to know crypto, but you must be able to ask the right questions
- Natural authority and the ability to build a culture of responsibility within the team
- Resilience to pressure and comfort in a variable and non-linear environment
- Comfort working with tools for work and documentation management (Jira or similar) - conducting procedures, tickets, and operational documentation is standard for you, not an obligation
